this uses fog's crosshairs, change the tall value in the clientscheme to resize it, outline to 1 or 0, bla bla
play around with the values

idk why it's split up into 4 parts, it's a pretty old hud,
you can just find a hud with fogs crosshairs installed and install that into your hud
idk why it would change the font of your hud
