Is this a bug or is my understanding of the system really wrong? Just at a glance kouna achieved only 3 points from his snakewater game, but looking at the stats my understanding suggests the following: +1 for kd, + 2 for caps, +11 for DPM, +2 for top damage, -3 for medic deaths. This works out at 13 points as far as I can tell. Is there some other subtraction that I am missing or what is going on here?

I'm not sure if it's bugged or I just don't understand, but I can find absolutely no means on /bets/ or otherwise to get back the items I bet on two matches that were not played. The matches in question are there but as upcoming events.

How do I get my bet refunded for a match that was rescheduled?
