When i was really young me and a neighbor used to do a lot of things together, eventually we started playing this game called toodletale (toodletale.com game died long ago), eventually we made a joint account called vulcon (after the nerf gun vulcan https://www.google.com/search?q=vulcan+nerf&rlz=1C1CHBF_enUS724US724&espv=2&biw=1536&bih=759&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwieg9H0mqDRAhUEj1QKHQ4qC3sQ_AUIBygC ), we pounded in that game and managed to sway a dev into giving us a bunch of free items. And that's been my alias ever since.

Faulty laptop?

Ok I returned the laptop and got a new one, this is working quite well (300+fps), but there are still a couple of issues. Whenever it isn't plugged in it caps my games to 30fps and it messes with my wifi. I've gone through power and gpu settings and set it from the default (maximum CPU performance 5%) to maximum CPU performance 100%, but it seems like it didn't do anything. Help?

SpaceCadetVulcanowlspawn camping in endif is part of the game why do you think they spawn you up thereThat's a dumb argument, endif was a QUAKE game mode, not meant for tf2, and even in quake it was the most pointless thing ever because you can't strafe. You can't expect that a game mode will be played the exact same way in two different games.

That's like not using Q tips to clean your ears because they weren't made for that
endif was far from pointless in QWTF. If you were even around back then and still think it was pointless, you weren't playing it the right way.
QWTF was way more aim based than TF2 and being able to hit flick shots was what separated average/good players from excellent players. There was no better arena available to practice your flick shot aim than endif in QWTF.
I was around back then and many people could agreee with me that there was much better practice than endif, it was fun, but almost completely useless for anyone decent at aiming. Endif wasn't played much at the higher levels because most people could hit an air shot 100% of the time. And if you wanted to fight people who weren't strafing you might as well play with bots

RentQNYeah there is a difference, but a small one.
Mouse movement just has a slightly different feel to it.
A lot of CSGO pros prefer 400 DPI over 800 or whatever.
The theory is that with 400 DPI the mouse isn't quite as accurate, which can be a good thing since it means is won't record very small unintentional movements of your hand.
That theory has been debunked long ago
