regardless of where the map is installed...
../tf/custom/[name]/maps
../tf/maps
../tf/download/maps
just have one copy somewhere.
type into console (go to options>Keybord>advanced>Enable dev console)
map tr_walkway_rc2
... as multiple so called "easy to do things" such as sprays and ding sounds haven't even worked.

i've uploaded other videos with the same render settings, and none have gotten this before
do you have hardware acceleration enabled?
I think it's either what thee5orrow stated or youtube's x264 encoder doesn't like the file you gave it. (I'm presuming because scene changes)
