i reinstalled windows on a new ssd and ever then, i installed tf2 and other games like destiny but i noticed im getting less fps than usual/stutters ever since reinstalling windows and all these games, its esp apparent with tf2 because i used to be able to tab out and in instantly but now theres a huge stutter in between each time i do so in addition to me stuttering to below 90 fps. also im not sure if this is normal, any program im mainly on takes the most memory way more than wat it usually took when it never did this before ie. chrome (no i didnt have 31 tabs open) is there something im forgetting to fix this?
