Get rid of the diagonal line. The transitioning between clips was not good, sometimes its better to use a simple fade then to use stock transitions in vegas or transitions you got from some vegas plugin. Using smooths to transition between clips also works well.

I know you tried to sync as much as you could but your syncs are off, try using markers to set key points where you need to sync the video just so your sync is more accurate (Hit "M" to create a markers on your timeline)

0:05 - scout's hands could have been positioned better

0:33 - work on text's colors and placement

0:53 - you started to cut the video to sync the scatter gun shots however, it wasn't accurate they were still off sync. Btw don't do that, it really killed the flow of the video much like the transitions did.

1:13 - the video stuttered, this is probably because the player whose demo you used took fall/splash damage, crouched or jumped. Also, it would have been better to have a moving smooth then still camera footage

2:54 - I see a red line in the solly smooth

your smooths need better angles, your colors need a lot of adjustments. I liked the smooth song fade transition. I see potential, keep trying bud
