I'd like to point out that this kind of thinking is detrimental to those who want to improve. If something works, no matter how gay, it is a valid tactic that requires you to learn how to counter it. If someone is running 24/7 heavy and it's working it means your team is bad. PUGs are a different story because it isn't reasonable to expect 6 random people to have proper team cohesion all the time.

low level players reject esea because they're mean and dishonest

without low level players high level tf2 will cease to exist as we know it
