The right side of my 2.0s pretty much went out a few weeks ago. I believe it's because the grate got pushed in somehow. Honestly surprised they worked this long; a few months ago I was eating Chinese food and I didn't notice my wrist was holding down the wire, so when I lifted my head up, the right side popped out and fell in my egg drop soup. Still worked after that, but I made sure I did the rice thing. I believe the same thing happened when I was eating cereal one time as well.
They honestly sounded better than my $40 Astrotec AM-90s before EQ adjustment. For some reason, they have little bass by default.
Design of this new one looks nice. I think I might buy a pair to finally replace my Apple buds. Would've been the 2.0s but they don't work in iPhones like these supposedly do.

Getting back to the main topic of this thread, does anyone know how ETF2L and ESEA store passwords? ESEA sent new passwords in plaintext via email as of a month ago. Not sure if this has changed since. Knowing ESEA, probably not. Also, it may mean that they also store passwords on the server in plaintext as well, but that may not be the case.

zigzterI don't know anything (relatively) about web security, but don't most passwords get stolen by somehow getting to where they're stored and then decrypting them?
And if that's the case, what's the point in having really long/complicated passwords? Wouldn't hashing them make each one equally hard to crack?
You still have to worry about brute forcing. Some people make it extremely easy and just use a single word, maybe a number as well. Although now this is getting harder to do thanks to sites starting to lock accounts after x login attempts.
Also, if a person uses the same password on all sites, and one site's password database is compromised and cracked, then someone could get into all accounts belonging to that person.
I'm not a security expert either, but this is what I'm understanding.

Wholegrainviewmodels are too fucking big
I thought TF2 was bad with viewmodels. I only had to see like 15 seconds of this video to realize that not just viewmodels, but everything's bad. FOV is way too low, viewmodels take up 3/4 of the screen, and there's way too much going on visually. I'll try it, but I'm not sure if I'll like it.
At least we still have Dirty Bomb as far as new comp shooters go.
