If you go to university, there is a strong chance there is a counseling and psychiatric service available to you. Have you thought about going there? From the small amount you wrote, it seems like it would be worth a shot.

Also, many students struggle with low GPAs, and posting on a forum that you frequent is very common. People like to open up where they feel comfortable. Of course, you may need to make that leap into telling people who have more power to help you even if it is uncomfortable, and chances are it will never be comfortable to tell people this.

He's a good player who is readily avaliable, can play multiple classes well, and can pay for himself.

As far as attitude, he doesn't really tilt that much, but he can clutter comms by saying stupid, unnecessary shit in game. The only times he tilts is when he says, "This player is bad" or "oh my gooood", which can be fixed by not pressing your talk key. His unnecessary comms are generally negative, usually complaining about map design or enemy players; don't push your talk key. He also likes to do too much for the team when the risk-reward doesn't match up and go for unnecssary plays. He also has a tendency to offclass when he shouldn"t be, and does this constantly.

In my opinion, he is a great player with good commitment, but has stupid problems that can easily be fixed. Don't offclass stupidly, don't push talk key when complaining, and lessen your risky plays. If you can fix that, your probably high open or an amazing backup.

definitely playoff open material. he has really solidified and refined his play over this season, he's a super complete player, who is also really sociable and a nice, chill person (just dont be a dick to him over extended periods of time). I think a relaxed team with a solid maincaller would give him the best chance to succeed. he definitely has an upward trajectory, he should improve nicely.

I feel like a DM lord a lot, except my DM really isn't that great. I wish I knew my problems more than shitty comms and poor understanding of the game, and how to improve each. Also, I hate my name and would like to go by hayes, because sweetness is a dumb name.
