You say experts will give you a more accurate diagnosis but all they'll really do to diagnose you with autism or a SLD is ask you about a few common symptoms and pump you through some questionairres. You could do reasonably well by googling the common tests (though some require two people)
That said a specialist may be able to give you more accurate advice about what to do about your disability, but in my experience they just give you some websites to read
