i changed my feet on my g403 from default and it started happening immediately after. potentially i scratched the sensor or something?
anyway try clean your mousemat with shampoo/water, qtip in the sensor like jenkins said. most likely its some grit somewhere doing funky things

There's more to DM than just clicking where you want to. Try being more patient with shots, force yourself to try a slightly different aiming style. Taking a break for a few days and try to come back with a different perspective is good
you could try this plugin? https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=1337899
requires sourcemod and metamod. to get it working on a local server you'd need to start with -insecure and potentially generate a custom vdf for metamod (read the install pages)
these are the weapon indexes
exec gamemode_competitive for matchmaking settings, else google a config for it
tbh click allow, check message, then block is quicker than click notification, gauge from profile (which isnt always easy since quite a few are hijacked), then block
i'd rather they message me than add me
UMEGAgemmafter deleting cfg did you do -autoconfig and host_writeconfig and try again with a different cfg? kind of a shot in the dark but it could be happening only with a specific set of cvars/hardware that you could find a workaround forwhat do you mean? im not that good with console commands.
clear your cfg folder (probably should uncheck steamcloud too in steam settings for the game), verify, launch the game with -autoconfig, then type host_writeconfig in the dev console. then restart and remove the launch option, it'll reset all your game cvars.
most binds should be fine to replace if you have custom ones
