So in the past couple of days my TF2 has started using crazy amounts of my CPU. On task manager, even when i'm just staring at a wall, my CPU usage randomly jumps beyond 50%, and I've been noticing 30+ frame drops randomly in firefights. My CPU isn't exactly good but it still had no problem running at 90+ fps even in 6s firefights before.

Is there a fix or is this just normal and I've never noticed it before?

with the confirmation our only true barrier is funding and we've shown three times already we can raise enough. I'm sure froyo would love to face off with the euros again. Not sure about iM though

That kind of error usually means there's a missing bracket. In this case it looks like something's wrong with the definition of the turkish fonts, as well as the filepath for the bottom definition is missing its full name (it stops at resource/fonts/cl when it should be cl.ttf or whatever the file name is called). I would try fixing the filepath first and if it doesn't fix snoop around the turkish font definitions.
