TF2 Crash After Map Load

After I load a map I crash to desktop instantly, if I look at character loadouts I also crash.

Applied updated item schema from GC. 1826938 bytes, version 3FDC2EF4.That appears when I launch tf2 and I suspect is the problem, If I launch TF2 and don't have a loadout I don't get that and don't crash.
I've verified cache numerous times, tried new and old gpu drivers and I'm on a fresh install of TF2 with no HUD or added configs. I also did a memtest and got no errors.
GTX 650 and win8 (not my choice).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I tried moving PlayerStatusHealthImage but that moves the skull with it and moving the xpos of the skull does nothing.

Imo in that map the bots have easier movement and the map is too small, and the respawn time is too slow.
But is it worth all of the hassle of installing the plugins and running them?
it takes like 5 seconds to do.

doctor-dendriteMy team signed up for IGL right around the time it was launched. The website has had some drastic improvements in the past month or so and issuing a challenge is now essentially as simple as clicking and entering a date. We're definitely looking forward to what IGL could become.
