need criticism on new computer build

No need to get a mobo with Z87 chipset if you're not overclocking. Plus the mobo you chose was way overkill anyway. Try something like this, or something else with H87. Saves ~$100 easily
Also I agree with everything that guy^ said, but I would probably only upgrade the 770 to 4GB if you're under budget.
