Teapot_Has the unusual tyrant been given out yet? I haven't really been keeping up with the streams.
we're looking to do it at the end of a cast this week
KoC_jarSorry if this has been asked but has the follow up email regarding weapon signings been sent yet?
nope
they'll be sent out after i52
it's a guide on how to host a server on a vps
in short:
1. find a promo that'll let you test run a vps 1 month for free
2. install putty or some other client to ssh into the vps
3. follow the instructions
props
nothing's for certain but regardless i'm not disappearing from the internet
in the emailI encountered a trade error while trying to accept your weapons. If the trade expired, it means I've tried multiple times to accept it with no success.
there's nothing I can do other than wait and try again later if steam isn't cooperating
Teapot_My trade went through but I haven't received an email.
you're fine then
just wait it takes time
King_GimliAny news on the items? I looked at the trade request in passing yesterday and it said something about the trade not being available any more?
check your inbox for a followup message
I don't think you can treat one user's experience as typical, especially since he seems to be using some sort of plastic pad.
I've been using it on the icemat for a few weeks with no problems.
the writer is oPlaiD for those of you unaware:
thesupremecommanderenigmaI've been getting a persistent trade error (28) on a ton of trades for the past few days that won't go away. If anyone knows any way to fix this, please let me know.Have you been using the Steam client when you get that error? In my experience, sometimes the Steam client just refuses to work for community-based things like trading, but using a web browser and trade offers works perfectly fine.
I've tried both with no luck.
@Jasbutts: sent you a PM a few days ago; hope you got it.
flatlineWow, this badge is awesome.
