Saying all Razer products are bad is incredibly ignorant when you look at some of their newer products with the Razer Basilisk being a similar G502 (insanely popular) with a very innovative way of using a sniper button/clutch that is modular and the new Razer Mamba which is probably a step in a good direction for wireless mice. Yes they have a history of past products not being the greatest but they've really stepped it up.
You're even saying to look at RJN's website... a person who also praises a lot of Razer's newer products...

LF Mouse like Razer Copperhead

If you really need the same form factor, I believe the Razer Diamondback is the upgraded version of the Razer Copperhead.
No experience with the mouse so I can't tell you much about build quality or sensor stuff regarding it, but shape/size is generally most important for FPS. I do implore you to look further into the mouse before buying it as I did very minimal research.
