Same dpi, same mouse, same ingame. Feels different
in
Q/A Help
Windows sens, mouse accel, m_rawinput, cl_interp_ratio, low mouse polling rate and different resolution can all make a difference in the sens or its feeling iirc. See if it is one of those.
