hello! distraction here looking for a med mentor. i'm a low open medic who literally played steel last season (bc my team filled w/ silver players got put in steel) and am looking for someone to review demos with occasionally and give tips. that would be amazinggggggg! currently i'm playing on the danger dongs (a brand spanking new open team), so i still have a gargantuan amount of room to improve.

i don't need someone to hold my hand every step of the way (though that would be nice) especially since i have a really weird and sometimes busy schedule.

distraction for a third time, outstaying her welcome, looking for some scouts for distraction's danger dongs. we're a brand new team, all of us have had silver+ ugc experience even though we're pretty new to esea. anywho we have a scout slot so we're looking for some players for tryouts.

note: we have an open mic policy. i'll try to keep any criticism constructive. this rule is honestly just to keep us communicating openly instead of having any talking behind people's backs. we're pretty chill peeps.

please guys i know a lot of drama has been going around but honestly i don't want people putting too much of the blame on ebsikl. i was also getting mad and yelling at him in mumble (which is rare for me but still). he's taken enough shit from us, and cutting him was bad enough.

honestly if anyone else tries to shit talk each other behind each other's backs, they will also be cut. i don't tolerate rude comments on other people just because you're not face to face with them. i will be firm with our open mic policy: whatever comments you have, even if it's an insult, you say it over mumble in front of the whole team. if it's justified it should be fine. if someone is acting like a dick and isn't being a team player that's fine call them that--in front of the team. but i want to also encourage people telling each other that they're doing something right. we should be communicating a lot, both good and bad things. that's final.

sorry if i'm being a bit coarse. it's been a rough day. drama is dumb. people need to stop exaggerating and looking at things from a self-serving perspective.

to all the people who've added me for tryouts as scout or roamer, thank you. i wasn't expecting this much response this quickly.

i'm going to get this sorted out soon, i promise. we might be looking for a new scout soon. the rest of the team is really chill, though. however, in defense of my team we honestly did not run "almost full-time offclass." double had some good off-class plays, and because they worked we're going to continue to do that. ebsikl did not run any offclasses the first map we scrimmed and only did so in the last three rounds of the second map occasionally, out of spite. again, like i said before, i'm going to take care of this, probably by tomorrow.
