u just gotta get over it man
shit happens and in videogames it doesnt honestly matter as much as, for example, a family member dying.
to avoid tilting just think on the brightside like, for example again, hey at least i didnt fail a really important test, or i didnt get fired, etc. or if u want it to be relateable to ur current loss ingame just say something like, i made my greatest attempt and i got fucked, oh well.
