wareyaDPI should be max, or second to max if the smoothing is noticable on your mousepad.
IIRC, the deathadder is perfect on the default DPI (1800), but sometimes has issues on other DPIs. This might've changed in the 2013 though.

they have a pool of players and captains pick/ban players to get teams, i'm not sure if they're doing 6s or hl, but that's how it works
They are banning players? So basically you are banning the best players from being picked and creating a lower skill level pug? I dunno I think people would rather watch the best players play.
If I'm understanding correctly.
