i run track but i'm probably going to do cross country as well next year. I practice around once a week during the off season as theres a track about 5 mins away from me and then i go to all the conditionings that my school does before the season starts + the daily practices when the seasons starts
its fun
jdmI did cross country and was not very good so I switched to the 400 and 800 which I wasnt very good at either
17:50 ish 5k
2:02 800m
49.50 400m
these aren't bad times??
atleast in my school these are all generally thought to be really good, idk about the 5k tho but i would imagine that thats also a good time
