Halloween items

But after halloween is over there is only like 5 servers running event maps meaning you have to play there or they wont show up which is basically disappearing to me.
Maybe I am just mistaking about this halloween/full moon restriction? Will the hats and so show up for example on comp games after the whole halloween thingy is over? Or does the halloween/full moon restriction mean that you can only buy them then but use when ever you want or something..

Inconsistency

It is probably just in your head. As you start thinking like: "wow I missed that rocket, I must be inconsistent now" you will just end up playing worse than you normally would.
Tip: I always find myself playing better when I think that somebody is watching me thinking that I am good. I guess this is because I don't really focus that much if there is no need for it.

Is this possible anymore? I find myself aiming better (with the rocket launcher) with viewmodels on but sometimes the viewmodel, especially when reloading, hides a big part of your screen and you end up missing stuff...
