this guy was cheating in mge on the panda server sadly i cant report him on the panda site bc my account has "insufficient privileges" to post player reports???
somehow this guy has 2200+ elo??
while youre at it pls ban this guy from other public servers mge/dm etc.
i recorded his pov and me playing him only have 0.6 mbit upload atm tho gonna upload it when my net fixes

Vourii have the same issue with skial/panda, really bad on panda, when i join a game afterwards the stutter/lag continues. if i restart tf2 and join a game i have no stutter

yo guys so ive been getting problems with specific servers (mostly mge servers).
Everytime I join one I get choppy 100 fps instead of the smooth 250 I used to get a week ago (I think before the update idk).
I tried different cfgs but it doesnt help.
