This used to happen to me when increasing texture quality, fixed after decreasing, it also only happened on certain maps (community servers only). changing cfg or lowering texture if not already lowest might help, but it's not the best solution, only a temporary one

i had a hud at some point that disabled the pictures but they went away slowly so it might be done in animations (if you cant find it in match status)
