Anyone know who trace is in these? Stats seem way too good for someone with 450 hours in tf2, and no one has a level 44 alt.

there are people who do nothing but play on trade/friendly servers all day and literally waste their days doing absolutely nothing to build skills or character, as well as (usually) losing maturity. I mean shit, at least MGElords get good 1v1 DM.

zigzterFrom what I've seen:
Viewing your inventory from steam will always show the name, regardless of being friends with them/private profiles.
Viewing your inventory in-game will only show the name if you're friends with them.
Anyone else viewing your items in-game (kill cam or inspect) will never see the name, regardless of whether you're friends with them or not.
im pretty sure ive seen peoples names in killcams that im friends with, but i cant back this up with any actual evidence or brainpower.
you are right that its based off of friend status though
