assuming it was a recent chatlog, it's probably because seraph has been claiming to play/have played for open teams for a couple seasons now, despite never having played, or even have a potential roster with more than 3 people on it. Whichever team he's on is just a steam group with a cool name/logo and 1 person in it. He was on my friends list for a month or so and he went through at least 10 names/logos for tf2/cs.
Other than that nothing really bad about the guy, I don't want the community to ruin his chances of actually playing open just because he's a little ambitious/delusional
EDIT: he apologized for lying about playing on Tune Squad/.knd, i hadn't heard about C+C
