FPS lag after jump servers.

bohocI have a mid quality PC and I've been dealing with sudden fps drops down to 15-10 fps.
After trying every config and stuff I was still getting really bad drops.
The other day, a friend mentioned that he is getting the same issue when connecting to a game from a jump server and restarting the game solves the issue.
Any idea on the cause? Have you experienced something similar?
I'm also getting fps drops on jump servers.

ComangliabohocComangliado you still have HDR lighting on?I have mat_hdr_level on 0 and mat_filterlightmaps 1 or mat_filtertextures 0 didnt help
interesting, how about driver settings / inspector settings
I didn't find anything in the inspector (correct me if my wrong) and i have dafault settings on my driver.
