FACEIT supports only PUGs and small tournaments; they do not operate a complete league. (They operate the ECS professional league, but that's restricted to CS:GO as it only exists to stop the ESL/ESEA/DH/WESA/MTG monopoly of the CS:GO esports industry)
Neither FACEIT nor TFCL are at a capacity or interest where they could replace ESEA's purpose in NA TF2.
