Hi, I have this problem lately where I listen to everything from the completely opposite direction.
For example, if a scout shoots and he is on my left side, the sound comes from the right and it is extremely disorienting.
When I had this problem the sound was set to "2 Speakers" instead of "Headphones" and it was fixed, but it is back again and I cannot seem to find a way to fix it..
Any help appreciated! :D
Oh nevermind switching to 95 and then to 90 fixed it, thanks a lot!
I switched to dxlevel 95 and the problem was fixed. However, I want dxlevel 90 for performance reasons. Isn't there a way to fix it in dxlevel 90? I have friends using it and they do not have this problem.
I'm running dx 90 and my video card is nVidia GeForce GT 430. I also updated it recently and the probelm insists.
For the past 3-4 months my TF2 reflections look incredibly weird. Australium weapons look silver instead of gold, same thing with the professor speks and water or other reflecting surfaces have these weird squares on them...

Tried verifying files and reinstalling. Also, I do not use any custom configs.
I am creating my own HUD almost from scratch and I'd like to change the background images on TargetIDs. Basically, when you look at someone and you see their health, name etc, I would like to change the background with a custom image. However, I cannot find the directory, every image I see has this line "../hud/color_panel_brown".. Where is the "hud" folder that I can have my images inside and then specify them on the TargetID.res?
Worked wonders, experimented a little and it works! :)
I am looking into how to make a button that is in the main menu and ingame.
I want the button to change the "cl_hud_minmode" to "0".
I managed to create a button, but clicking it only makes a sound of a button pressed, how do I make it so that when I press it, it executes the command "engine cl_hud_minmode 0"?
Big thanks to everyone! :D
Ok thanks, got it! :D
VoloderWhen you create the scoreboard, make the 12v12 variables _minmode. For example: tall_minmode, wide_minmode, xpos_minmode, etc. and make the 6v6 scoreboard normally.
Oh I think I got it!
Haven't tried yet but it is starting to make sense, will be back after I do some tries, thanks a TON!!
I looked up how to make a button that changes the scoreboard to a 6v6 scoreboard.
What I discovered is that you have to make the button execute the command "engine cl_hud_minmode 0" and make another button that executes the command "engine cl_hud_minmode 1".
I managed to do this and I also created a 6v6 Scoreboard which I can only implement in the game by overwriting the 12v12 Scoreboard.

What I cannot understand is how, in example like in PVHUD, I can make it so that when the game is set to "cl_hud_minmode 0" to have the 6v6 Scoreboard and when the game is set to "cl_hud_minmode 1" to have the 12v12 Scoreboard.
I am new to these forums, sorry if this doesn't belong here.
Ok, thanks for your help everybody! :D
