hoolithis is going to sound silly but when you realize you're tilting you have to stop and tell yourself "oh look i'm tilting again, i said i wasn't going to do that anymore, so i'll stop now."
Hooli makes a good point here. Though it doesn't seem like it should make a difference, being mindful of the fact that you are getting tilted or angry is can actually be very helpful in detaching yourself from it. By simply identifying it and being aware that you are in whatever emotional state you are in, you can step back and prevent it from controlling you.
I would suggest that you practice mindfulness and make sure you have a healthy lifestyle outside of the game, it can make a much bigger difference than you might imagine just getting rest and eating healthy.
