Buying a PC

Dude there is literally no need for anything more than a gtx 650 for tf2. Especially seeing as most people run it at like max/highframes. 4770k with integrated graphics (ran this by accident on first day) got 200fps in random pubs on dx8
And yeah for streaming/overclocking aftermarket cooler is a must. But op are you doing only tf2? Or other games like crysis/bf4/etc that are more graphically demanding?

i haven't used it for a while so i don't know if it still works as well, but once they're in you kick a bot with the class you want to play with tf_bot_kick <name> and rup
i use a bunch of .nav files from http://www.facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1080451 for some other maps like snakewater too
if you could teach a bot to rollout to mid
