P.S. I am fully open to suggestions because i guarentee you I did mess up with a lot of this.
Just throw what you thinks works better at me and I will update it.
Not trying to be rude but I don't see much point in making a thread for an unfinished config, especially when you say that it most likely is not as good as the others available.
If the goal is to get the best out of your pc it would be to your benefit to run a benchmark to compare it to the others. As far as i know though most of the cvars available to change have been tested numerous times and there's little room to improve on.
Might also want to put it on pastebin or use a spoiler so the op isn't so big

Windows 8 still has visual affects from aero enabled by default, you can turn most of them off by going to control panel > system > advanced system settings > performance > settings and then clicking "adjust for best performance" (in visual effects)
Have you tried using fullscreen? It might be an issue with windowed noborder

SoarexThe current method of making sure people are present when a pug starts needs to be replaced. I believe a better method would be an AFK check right before captaining is about to start, similar to how TF2Center makes sure everyone is present. This would more accurately show who is actually present, and it would give people who may have forgotten they were added up, a chance to leave.
in addition to this, imo having a notification noise when there are 45 seconds before the pug starts would help people add up. The current system of having the noise go off once the picking starts doesn't accomplish much because it's already too late for people do add.

server 2 has an old version of granary_pro which is in the mapcycle, usually we just switch to another server if the pug is on it
i've asked proto to remove it but he hasn't yet
