mc is surprisingly good at demo and is a strong scout as well (not sure which one he would say he even mains at this point but he's good at both... hes pretty good at med too from what i've seen in the one aidspug i played against him)
he seems to be pretty chill as well which is always good
telling your team stuff like 'don't let this tilt us' is good even if your team isn't tilted, that kind of reinforcement can definitely help improve the mumble atmosphere and general attitude towards playing the game/improving (pretty sure i caught paddie saying that when they got back capped on badlands by crowns at i58 LUL)

the cheat feed only works in ETF2L (think it has to do with logs.tf) and is a pain in the ass to setup afaik, seeing as this is was only saam's 3rd time producing and 1st in europe it's understandable that he didn't think to/know how to set this up
edit: should specify, out of the major leagues that TFTV casts, ETF2L is the only one in which cheat feeds work, ESEA does not

there's been a few threads on this topic already but i think the general consensus is that for medic it's not bad cause it helps spam movement and be hard to hit but for scout it can sometimes fuck up people's aim and a lot of people rely on it and have shitty AD spammer movement
iirc nursey was claiming that all good scouts she new used it but then a bunch of invite scouts came in to say they don't use it/don't know anyone who uses it
tldr there are certainly upsides and they may outweigh the downsides but to say that its 100% better seems to not be correct at least at a high level
