I miss mstard map reviews :(

He's gotten pretty good tbh, definitely improved on jumps and general dm
My biggest problem with him was that he sometimes made tf2 not enjoyable to play because he was so stubborn about his calls being right or trying to micro the whole team instead of just worrying about his own game (hence why most good IM teams cut him when they realize they're all better than him and don't need to be microd)
I also found that sometimes his brain was too big for his head and he would talk constantly but not be very concise in his wording so comms would just be clogged and it'd give me a headache

That said I rang for sandblast's team during playoffs and found that surprisingly be was not even the one talking the most and when he did talk he was mostly right about things and didn't come irrelevant shit or argue too much. Somehow that team had more people trying to comm and it was just a giant clusterfuck lol
He has always been somewhat of a smart player but the issue is in execution and getting along with people. Playing on a team with mustard you pretty much have to all agree that he is the main caller and if anyone disagrees it's his way or the highway.

I think he's gotten more chill though and definitely has potential to make a team really good provided they listen to him
There's a million IM demos LFT but I don't think too many pockets of maincallers are out there, I'd say he's worth giving a shot even if you have bad impressions of him from the past.

I remember mangachu used it use an auto hotkey or razer synapse script to automatically get the timing perfect but It really isn't hard to learn yourself and it feels much more satisfying.

The way I learned it is just binding mouse 2 to +duck and walking around tapping my eight click and experimenting to see how long I have to press it so that I go partially crouched but can still move at full speed. That's roughly the timing that you need for the crouch before ctaps and I found getting used to the movement of it made it much easier to do consistently. Only hard part is making yourself wait until you're fully uncrouched which takes a little while (which is why you don't want to ctap every jump especially when trying to escape somewhere quickly you'll be killed before you can jump sometimes). I also found jump_legion fun and helpful for practicing but you can always just go around on a local server and try to jump from badlands patio to the metal on top of spire or whatever. There's also some special map that basically allows you to adjust the jump by 1 hammer unit and try to get a perfect horizontal or vertical ctap.

aside from certain lan coverage the majority of casting and production is done as volunteer work (ie with no monetary compensation)
kinda misleading to frame it that way tbh

if you want to actually help support casting you should donate to to the people themselves instead of giving your money to someone who quit this game to play overwatch lol
I decided to give truktruk my free amazon prime sub because at that time he was doing nearly all the casting and scheming in NA and without him nothing would have happened (also his emotes are pretty solid too)

also I just did what #2 said and manually copied the lines of code into tf_weapon.txt files
haven't put the effort in to use a crosshair switcher but I know it is possible to switch them for certain weapons
sucks that cow mangler doesn't work with them tho cause the explosion is so big and annoying

afaik its just a lan team so i wouldn't be surprised if they didnt end up playing again next season
