if you mean the hp value at which your health flashes red, it's:
hudplayerhealth.res -> "HudPlayerHealth" -> HealthDeathWarning
if you're referring to when the low health animation triggers, mess with some hudanimations values under HudHealthDyingPulse. i don't know too much about what all the hudanimations values do, though, so that's pretty much all i can say

there's probably blankness before the hitsound. in that case, open the audio file in audacity, cut out the blank part of the audio, export what you have left as a .wav file

SpumustardoverlordI will say (and I think I literally posted this months ago so hopefully there are receipts somewhere) that I’ve always been sick of people complaining about astralis being too dominant and it being boringwould you enjoy watching the NFL if one team scored 20 touchdowns every game and never let the other team get a 1st down
You’d think more people who chose to follow a relatively slow paced, tactical FPS would appreciate the most beautiful performances ever in said game
but they don't win 16-0 every match
the possibility is always there, though
