Tf2 is and always will be a niche game in terms of competitive e-sports. The only way I think we can grow the scene is more weekend tournaments, Most players don't have the time to put into a full season worth of scrims and matches and would probably be more open to a short 2 day tournament. I would love to fund and run tournaments but I have several important questions.

1. What should the prize pool be to attract top level players and teams?
2. Should it be an open bracket/ or should we divide invite and the rest into two separate brackets with two separate prize pools?
3. What should the ruleset be?
4. How can I get volunteers to run camera work in STV do commentary and moderate the bracket and players?
5. I want players to pay in order to enter the tournament (in order to increase prize pool) how can I set up the payment system and how do I make it transparent to players?

Open to any and all criticism's maybe get players to assist me in this collaboration. I played a lot of super smash bros melee tournaments before covid and they were run in down to earth places completely independent of major organizations, I would like to emulate that for tf2.

now if thats not evidence of cheating idk what is. but thats not even the best part. immediately after omegarusty joins my discord and shows this clip to me and my friends, while were in the call looking at this clip gabino gets an invite to the sever and joins to dox omegarusty. now my sever is weird and I'm weird, and at the time I had both cheeto and poonani on that sever (unable to see any channels except jail channel cause i put retards in jail) and the invite link was available to anybody in the sever. nobody else on the sever is associated with gabino except poonani and cheeto. i know 100% for a fact it was one of them who sent the invite. after the dox attempt happened i banned and blocked them all cause thats a no brainer to me. Ive played for these guys a couple times while building a team for the dreamhack cup. now i left that team to play for my current 6s team at the time and I can say they enable each other. by themselves their toxic retards but together they keep hyping each other up to do more and more retarted shit. like its a no brainer that they try and dox and go out of their way to harass. they even went out of their way to harass untamed after he called them out on their bs, highly recommend blocking them on discord and never scrimming them as they can use a private tf2 sever to grab your IP address and dox you off of that (i know because they would joke about that while i played for them)

this guy has connections. he can get you the best mentors for each individaul player. grinds like a motherfucker. really good demo DM. can main call. his scout im not too sure about but his demo can get 350/400 dpm every scrim and match, as well as go positive KD wise.
