now here I have two captures, one from 0:36 and one from 0:45
In the screenshot from 0:45 you see the thing draped over the railing which is blue white and red and the flags above it, the three phone screens I circled in the same green have that viable with flags above it

the left phone has it slightly left of center (you can see lines above it which are flags)
the center phone has it on the left, slightly above the middle (you can see very blurry lines above it which are flags)
the right phone has it on the bottom left (you cannot see flags)

it makes sense that it is on the left of their phone screens as Hilary is walking in from the right and they are leading her about the same amount at the same time.

Finally though it is much less concrete in pink I have circled a phone which is recording the stage which she will inevitably speak upon.

Now as for the other claim which the man makes, you can plainly see hands and heads behind her, it isn't worth proving it wrong it is blatantly clear to anyone with eyes and their tinfoil hat off.
