making a newbie friendly tournament in highlander format is way better than making a 6s one. Very easy to pick up, close to no strats needed for starting team and people can play their favourite classes. Its like teaching a kid how to crawl before you teach it how to walk. In long term crawling is pretty useless but it gets you started. Even i wouldnt be playing prem 6s right now if i didnt play highlander at all :)
