Sure thing. I failed to find them with a quick google search, if someone can post a link here, I would be very happy.
I had issues finding the ESEA config too, but found this list made by Stochast1c. It is 2 years old though, so I'm not sure if it's out of date. I did notice the command "tf_preround_push_from_damage_enable 1" is missing, but there could be more.
