I had to make the profile xml's read only for the lod to go lower than 3, that might work.

KanecoAlmieWasn't aware of that cvar at all, honestly if it works as intended it should be mandatory in every major graphics config out there, saves so many headaches, but I think it's unreasonable to expect everyone will use it so a full config lock is still useful.Kanecowhen you run a POV demo, the demo generally executes the configs/cvars that were used on the source computer, so it can get pretty weird, ex: I had a demo that would change graphical options after changing class, another one that would disable and enable viewmodels every 2 secs (making them blink), every weird script and setting u can imagine I have seen it, these were VERY annoying when recording stuff, messing up entire recordings and even crashing the game a lot.Maybe someone should start a PSA for people to set their demo_recordcommands to 0. I believe that when you do that the configs dont get recorded into the demo. Would be quite useful for editors and config writers so they dont have to include hundreds of lines of commands just to lock every cvar.
If comanglia put it in a future version of his cfg so many people would end up with it, and as it has no effect on in-game performance I don't see why people would object to having it.
I'm pretty sure it's an item inspect panel.

tstmWould definitely recommend Alter Bridge for anyone. Some of their songs really distract from what they're capable of as musicians but they do have some really good riffs and solos from Tremonti.
Would recommend seeing them live too. Tremonti is a showoff!
I quite enjoy them too, saw them back in 2009 or so, solid band live and on their albums.

flyingbuddysmvneven with your potato cfg, dxlevel 91 gives me like 90 fps. dxlevel 81 gives me stable 300+ without any fps cfg. i really want to use prism hud which is a dx 9 only thing, any help here?
Pretty sure it works just fine on dx8, I think there was just some vpks that got stuffed up since the Gun Mettle Update, just remove unlit_world, unlit_nofog_world, and some others which I can't remember ;/
Prism HUD isn't Clean TF2, the HUD utilizes a few elements that are dx9 only, the scoreboard, the health and team select all use dx9 only features.
One stupid sleepless night later, I made (sort of) the HUD in OP.

I couldn't make the kill icons change colour for the local player getting a kill though, anyone know if it's even possible?

Quertdoes anyone have the yaHUD CMYK version? i really don't care about the mvm stuff and etc. as long as the menu/scoreboard/ammo & health are fine, i want to use it.
