If your looking to practice trick jumps on stock maps here is the inf ammo script for the rocket launcher.

put the scripts folder in your tf folder and enable cheats. (when your done jumping just move the scripts folder out of you tf folder and put it on your desktop or wherever)

just put the files in materials/models folder.

I had that problem with my nvidia gtx 275 card (i think it was because the card was overheating or something). So far the nvidia gtx 670 card hasn't had that problem.
