The lack of updates from bst is kind of annoying, but honestly I couldn't care less. It's out of his hands, the most he can do is shrug and repeat that. People need to learn some patience, delays happen :>
IDK I'm pretty annoyed not that I haven't received the mice or anything but that their hasn't been anything said in over 2 weeks.
I've even opened a support ticket about a week ago as just inquiry on what was going on. No, response. Ninox and bst have the least amount of customer service I've ever had to deal with...
How about...anything? If something is delayed and is out of his hands, it would be really nice to know. I don't care what the excuse is really I just want to know what is going on, at the end of the day he gave a timescale, if he didn't think he could meet it he shouldn't of given one. If he couldn't meet it he should just say why.
No communication is just making it look like he's done a runner.
