Rocket told me that he showed up in my viewer list due to watching my semi-finals VOD. I truly believe him. Turning delay on for my stream did nothing in terms of impact to the match. I get that he may not have the best reputation, but I don't believe that he would stoop to stream sniping to win a match. I also get that many people have a wide variety of opinions about him, but this isn't really anything of note and you're better off finding another reason to hate/like him because this is really a non-issue.
