it is similar to the game i am working on. personally, I think MGElikes sohuld be its own genre.
also, that's a flex that your bot is better than you. i've been RL-ing a bot which is definitely not there yet.

i personally think there should be an abundance of tournaments in 1v1. like i want to see a huntsman v huntsman matchup tournament. for every unlock. like you dont have to care who the best beggars bazooka player is in an MGE setting, but someone on reddit cares.

yes, we finally run our own servers. several of them, and you can see connectlinks at https://mge.tf/servers
it would be cool if teams had like standing rank # next to them. so u know if its an upset, and division
what if there were no divisions, you just played or didnt' play. you only played people who had similar records to you, so in the global laddder you only play your rung pretty much. This would remove medals/playoffs for all divisions besides invite, but would solve the sandbagging problems.
seems like there must be an obvious downside to this system (besides lack of medals for lower divs)
like maybe #1 invite would get bored of only playing #2 invite for every match? the matchmaker algo could weigh recent matches or something...
