You're definitely not the first person to do this. Every 2-3 weeks someone shows up with a cfg that's 99% comanglia's with 4 settings changed. We know you had right intentions but there's no point in making an entirely new guide for something that already exists every time someone changes a setting from comanglia's cfg

Shpeeismegeorgebaii2) Lose a large majority of players because system isn't good and teams get rolled by experienced teams so they avoid the setup so they can lose less games elsewhere.
Why do most tf2 players hate to lose that much? I loved getting rolled by a prem mix full of people I looked up to in a razer cup and making this horrible video. If razer cups didn't die I'd still be doing my best to make teams and get rolled. I must admit that I kinda forgot about them along with everyone else :/

It's not about losing as much as it is about learning (at least for me)

What's getting rolled by a prem team going to teach a bunch of low open players? Nothing. They don't know what to change about their playstyle. Both their DM and gamesense still wouldn't be good enough to win a round even if they make the right changes. So basically they just have to sit there ~~playing~~ for 30 minutes (or occassionally 15 minutes if the stack decides to not BM them and run permanent offclasses and never push last)

Instead they could play mixes/pugs against other low-mid open players. There teams would be more even and they'd slowly but surely improve because making the right decisions would actually have positive outcomes for them

#7 Playing TF2 in TF2 General Discussion

I kind of have a burnout. I still love TF2 but don't really feel the need to play as much. Picked up Path of Exile recently instead and enjoying that atm.

Haven't quit TF2 fully and I still pub/mix with friends every couple of days. Though the desire to play competitively has kind of disappeared. I'm rusty now and playing again until I reach my old level no longer seems worth the investment.
I'm still sort of active in the TF2 Twitch community and still watch comp when I see tftv is live. tf.tv is also still one of my most visited bookmarks.

I enjoyed TF2 without ever even considering picking up another game for 3 years and I don't regret it. Will probably even play more TF2 in the next couple of months because PoE is too addicting and I can't really play the new season a lot because of exams.
