#112 ESEA Season 23 Whitelist in TF2 General Discussion

Bumping: With I58 done lets have an actual discussion about this and change some things. Jerking about it on tf.tv but not changing anything is useless.

#15 Dreamboat Caster Feedback Thread in TF2 General Discussion

TBH the casting is ok but the problem that i think all tf2 suffers from casting wise is double play by play casters. I feel like you two are always cutting one another off and just providing play by play with no real analysis. It feels like you are trying to get a 50/50 split when i thnk it should be closer to 60-40 or even 70-30. This is just my thoughts from watching lots of casts, tf2, dota or even cs. We need more analysis casters to fill the down time between pushes with info about why people did things.

saamNewbie mixes is more about helping new players conquer imaginary barriers to competitive rather than real ones. You don't need an IM player to explain the basics of 6s to someone who has never played but it makes it seem a lot easier to get into.

That being said I don't have the patience to say the same thing every week and do the same map reviews for players brand new to the game.

You hit the nail on the head, its more about ease of access then actual hard learning. TBH we dont need you to be there every week, even one time a month for 2 or 3 hours would be welcome. The issue we have is that very few people ever actually show up to coach so we have a group of 4 or 5 people that are there every single week. If all the 8-8 open players and above came to coach the mixes just once a month for a couple of hours we would not have this problem. That is what frustrates me, not the fact that we dont get people all the time, but the fact that we dont get people ever. So please even if its only 1 time a month come and help grow this shitty game we all love.

#244 Vent your anger in Off Topic

Started the new iteration on newbie mixes more then 2 yaears ago now. I am the only one still playing from that original group. Its sad but fine. The part that pisses me off is there are no fucking coaches ever. People bitch that game is dying but dont actually step up to help and make it grow. We have at least 8 brand new teams this season for open but not enough coaches to help them, like what the fuck. Also people in the community that seem to think that people get paid for the shit they do so it somehow gives them the rights to be a fucking baby about stuff thats not exactly right and bitch constantly. Do it your fucking self if you think you can.

TBH almost wish i didnt waste 5000 hours of my life on this game, gotten me nowhere and the community has largely went to shit the past 6-8 months and the game itself is the biggest joke it has ever been in the past 10 years. Also kinda pissed that i never really got the chance to play with consistant or good teams, this is more my fault because of IRL shit then anything else but now I am more or less just stuck playing for half decent open teams or low IM teams because i have nothing to show for myself. #3 New supercharged tf2 script in Customization

AKA bind all the things!!! This more or less makes each button have 4 states that can each be bound to do something. So a single press of the w key could have you go forwards, spam a bind, shoot, and then kill yourself all with one key. Now the entire keyboard can do it. Get ready for shitty meme spam x10000

oanonobl4nkPsychological warfare has always been a part of competition???????
There's a difference between unprofessional hate and sledging. Every sport has shit talking, but in TF2 it's ridiculous. Do you see top Dota 2 or CS:GO players saying the same shit these guys are?

have you seen NA dota?
