It's just about helping them learn more about the game, but you may have to point some things out that may not be applicable for some people, because a scout with 40% accuracy can't play the exact same as a scout with 90% accuracy.

It merely means you don't feel empathy. Which if you don't watch yourself, you may say things that to you sound like a joke, but it is actually offensive others it isn't the worst thing ever, and once you identify the problem you can correct it and basically be completely normal

This is off topic, but i have to ask. Duder what caused you to clock 40-50 hours a week for eXtv? I mean I've gone quake con quite a few times(like 5-6) and i chill out with the LAN organizers sometimes etc etc. And they'll clock like 60 hours, and well they're literally setting up a whole LAN.
