There are tons of great sources for learning to play scout. I highly recommend ForceBoink and Marxist's YouTube videos relating to scout basics. Lowering your sensitivity, and practicing your aim can help a lot too if you're switching from medic. Best of luck my guy.

How to fix unlocks:
-a new training mode is added for each class, with maps that teach you how to airstrafe, properly rocket jump, learn good sentry spots, set up sticky traps, etc.
-you get a stock version of all unlocks for a class when you complete the training mode
-all current unique items are made vintage/a new item quality or something
-now only shitty skins and hats and sometimes taunts drop
-skins can now be crafted into metal
