FPS Issues after updating my drivers

Hey everyone,
After updating my drivers recently my fps went from a consatnt 80-90 to complete unstable, going from 50 to 100 without even moving on a map.
My computer itself is a laptop and is pretty crappy but it used to be enough for me to play the game, and I don't understand how updating drivers would break things.
Windows 10 64Bit
Intel i5-3230M CPU @ 2.60GHz, 2601 MHz
Nvidia GeForce GT 650M
8GB RAM
I use Comanglia's stability cfg with toast options, m0re hud and a custom hitsound.
Any idea where this comes from/ how to help fix it?

Played my first official comp match when I was 14

dangoHad TF2 since I was 15. Started comp a year later when it became f2p with my friends from school. Will be 19 in a few months.
