That's this entire forum in a nutshell though

EDIT:

The picture you linked is honestly retarded, and is a large part of the reason why most online communities are toxic.

Before I get started into this essay written by a no-lifer like myself, I will say that however clever my refutation of this idiotic comic ever will be, you can always turn back and say you were just joking as well. This following bit is a precautionary refutation:
Show Content
In a clever form the argument could be something like this:
"Well, Collaide YOU claimed we didn't understand the joke, but then you didn't understand the joke picture I posted! What an utter hypocrisy! We may or may not have understood your joke but that doesn't matter because you didn't understand OUR joke!! Haha! Gotcha!"
But no, you did not get me. You know for a fact that the majority of the people who upvoted your retarded comment do in fact believe it applies to the situation at hand. Either you also believe so, or most people on this forum believes so. And in case you believed so at the moment of posting that picture, you still can get a "pass" by just flipping and claiming it to be a joke.

So please don't claim that it's a joke, because it makes you look like you flopped on the issue, which is, what this argument ultimately accuses me of doing. And as I said previously, this bit is merely in case you believed it at the time, if you didn't, the upfraggers did.

Back to the picture at hand.

It frames a rather interesting situation where someone is obnoxiously retarded in hopes of getting attention, ends up not getting attention and told to leave the discussion, and afterwards the individual in question feels hopelessness, and an empty void that could have been filled with confirmation.

A. Unfunny Statement from person craving attention
B. Telling person who wrote/said unfunny statement to leave
C. Unfunny-Statement-Guy gets sad cuz he got rejected

Sure you may not find my joke funny in any way. You may think it was childish, ignorant, annoying, offensive or a whole spectrum of other thingsm, but ultimately I was not playing mentally handicapped just to get attention or confirmation. I was making a joke intended at poking fun at the members of 3/6 while at the same time complimenting Muuki's achievment, in a sense, saying his achievments made 3/6 tilt so hard they in fact had to change classes to stay interested in playing tf2 for the remainder of the season. This of course was not what actually happened. Before I posted that comment, I had already read the community news about degu joining 3/6 and the players changing roles, and I sincerely believed the reason stated in the article. At this point Domo responds with a "No", short for "No, that is not the reason we switched classes on our team." For what reason would anyone ever respond with a "No" here if they actually know it's a joke? I explain in a crude manner that it was a joke, and offense is taken by "Pred" who posts a comic he uses to assassinate my character.

A better explanation for what actually happened:

A. Someone poking fun at a group with demonstrably false information.
B. Person from said group responding and saying that the information is actually false, without realising that he is aware of this.
C. Explains it's a joke
D. Says the guy poking fun at them is just craving attention and playing retarded.

Again, this more accurately represents the actual situation.
I even made my own comic of this situation, in an exaggerated manner:

Cribbyur trying too hard collaideBut you're not showing me how I'm wrong... :/
You're not even saying I'm wrong... :o
Which makes your comment useless. xD
Crayondon't think criticising the very forum you are posting in is the right way to go
unless you're intending to further alienate yourself
1. You're still not refuting anything I say.
2. You already have some sort of grudge against me from before, and it's not like 3/6 team would ever talk to me anyway. I know my post is pathetic but that doesn't stop it from being CORRECT.

yo honestly, same

#17 Mapchamp by Champ.gg in TF2 General Discussion
HiipFireLonsforwhat is pl_tfcl?6s PL map being made by one of the tfcl guys, the payload moves when touched and then keeps moving until the enemy touches it, so you don't have to stand by the cart at all times.

that kinda sounds annoying but same time could be good tbh, i like the idea of the map pugchamp in general though will be nice to test different maps

#37 esa lan thanks thread in TF2 General Discussion
ZestyYou're so incredibly wrong about what ingame is and isn't the medic's fault. You're mistaking poor team decisions for poor medic decisions because they involve ubercharge.

Nursey and Raymon both made correct decisions not to pop to a lone spy pistoling them because using the uber in such an awful position to an easily fraggable class can lose them the round anyway.

Se7en's ubers that game were usually significantly better than most of the other teams, they mainly lost scrappy fights and beefed last pushes. When the ubers (on last mainly) went bad, it was mostly his team not getting kills, not Raymon's fault.

In addition, Raymon managed to consistently win his team fights that they had no right to win by hitting really good arrows and he consistently outplayed players chasing him, trying to force him, bombing him etc in almost every situation, with the lowest deaths almost every map. He also managed to do this without baiting his team, which is why the situations he was getting out of were so clutch.

Raymon's medic play this lan was exemplary. Nursey also played really well but its hard to hold a candle to that performance, and in the end Froyo was overall the far better team.

Please let's not derail this thread any further.

Lets agree to disagree

Max_I mean there were fights where Raymon could have committed with his team and they probably would have won, but either way he performed extremely well in general

like I said, his survivability and other mechanics are good, I just feel they failed to capitalize on advantages because of some of those attempts to save himself, when you look at his positioning in some situations, sure he's not gonna die but when they get uber and push he's so far back that the other teams not gonna be too far from their own uber to refight and we saw that more than once in the games they played.

a lan where in the last 2 minutes of the last game they dropped the other teams med pushing last and failed to move quickly for literally no reason

How was that raymon's fault? Freestate drew 2 players back at the end for like 2 minutes. That is in no way raymon's fault.

I mean i'll give its probably due to the teamplay aswell that they lost but there was alot of times in my mind that they really failed to take advantage of situations based on uber ads and situations with a little faster paced play or more "risk" shall we say, they'd have won more situations and even if they didn't the backfire potential would have been very minimal (i.e like pushing faster when their med drops so if you fail the push their meds only on like 10 or 20% instead of 50-60%), the pre-i58>i58 roster of Crowns never played so slow that a 50% uber ad was a failed push so many times, really sloppy play IMO from them, and raymon should have been telling their maincaller about an issue like that, they had the upper hand so many times (which is a core part of their playstyle) and then gave it away for next to no reason.

In that last game I said to a friend who was also watching the game "I bet 7 Don't push until the other team is atleast 40% uber" and I was right, they were doing that in multiple games even outside of grand finals

I can understand not wanting to throw away such a careful situation but there is a thin line between being safe and being too safe and I feel that most of the time they were playing too safe.

downfrag me if you want I'm gonna stick to my guns :)

toads_tfSpriterocketslaySpriteZestyShoutout to raymon for being the first ever carry medic on a top team. Also to drackk, bdonski, alle and paddie who also performed way better than I'd have expected.

Also shoutout to se7en and froyo for the closest NA-EU final ever. Also to the people who did production at the lan.

shoutout raymon with the phat ubers that got like 1 kill and SE7EN throwing away 50%+ uber advantages in grand finals SeemsGood solid carry xD
that was his team not raymon
i don't remember any raymon drops from what i watched and in general his play was insane, definitely was helping to keep them in the game

he dropped in most games i watched, even dropping the same way nursey did on granary to yomps on spy pistoling him down, his dodging and surfing is good but his positioning makes any repush fail half the time because they move so slowly in the game, letting teams get spawns and reset on the next point, even getting to 50% uber before they think about pushing when it should be a clean cut simple full uber advantage push where you go in and get kills before they have time to think, maybe waiting around for the other teams buffs to dissapear

yet people act like hes a god O.o maybe at staying alive but other core aspects his playstyle to "savour" advantages lets him and his team down. really failing to capitalise on advantages that other teams can and did do during the whole event.

#6 Why was Kaidus allowed to coach Se7en ? in The Dumpster

they still lost so its fine in my book, other teams could have a coach (pretty sure Fragile was talking to EVL during pauses too) and good ideas/calls/coaching wont beat individual talent or plays and problems with teamplay.
